These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Thoughtful Innovations website and our consulting, diagnostic, and automation services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Scope

Thoughtful Innovations delivers consultative diagnostics, workflow automations, custom intake desks, and digital marketing implementations. Specific milestones and deliverables are confirmed in writing prior to delivery.

2. Fees & Refund Policy

Core Consulting & Setup Packages: Fees for core services—including the $995 Foundation Package, $1,225 Digital Intake Desk, and $250 Business Diagnostic—are non-refundable once work commences, covering our immediate allocation of intellectual property, time, and custom setup.
Priority Service Guarantee: We offer a $500 Priority Service upgrade that guarantees system implementation within a 24- to 48-hour window. If we fail to deliver within this timeframe, the $500 Priority Service fee is 100% refundable upon request. This refund applies strictly to the priority handling fee.

3. Client Cooperation

Delivery timelines depend on timely access to necessary digital assets (domain DNS, ad accounts, and intake credentials). Thoughtful Innovations is not liable for delivery delays caused by unprovided access or materials.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. Any formal legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively within state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
